Carcass materials:  Australian made 16mm HMR (high moisture resistant)

Door Core material: Is 18mm MRMDF (moisture resistant medium density board)

Door finish: 1.5mm thick ABS ( Acrylonitrile Butadien Styrene) coloured layer., which is permanently fused with a clear ultra glaze acrylic (called poly merhacrylate) top layer.

Door colour:  There are 17 colours to choose from in teh ulta glaze range.  minimum order of $1000 per colour.

Gloss level:  There are 3 main gloss levels 1) Matt    2 ) Satin   3) High Shine gloss. 

Hinges: Blum soft close is our standard hinges. They come with a 25 year warranty. The style of hinge is Blum clip on.

Carcass Backs: All backs are solid 16mm HMR

Construction method: All cabinets are screw construction. All holes for the carcass, drawer runners and hinges are pre drilled. To put together you need a cordless drill. No glue is needed.

All cabinets are custom made to order. You can select custom sizes from the button on the right hand side of the cabinet’s width, Height and depth.

Cleaning: Damp cloth with warm soapy water. do not use volatile chemicals

All sizes listed are external sizes of the cabinet and exclude feet and kicks.

Packaging

All parts have a sticker on them listing the part name and cabinet number.

Flat pack: All cabinets are wrapped in there cabinet number. If it’s a large cabinet it will be wrapped over 2 – 3 parcels.

Assembled: Cabinets carcass will arrive preassembled. Doors, drawer fronts, dress panels and fillers will need to be fitted onsite.   Please note: You must check your door way width and access before ordering assembled cabinets. Larger units like pantries and corner cabinets may be wider than standard door opening.
