Q: Can I arrange my own transport.
A: At the moment the answer is no. We have tried many transport companies and have found a network we trust to deliver your new kitchen the same way it leaves our factory. Our Transport network is fully insured up to $10,000 and have a great track record of delivering the goods with no damages. Outsourcing transport to other companies is to risk we do not want to take. The prices listed are trade prices for transport.
Q: Do you have depot outside the area listed.
A: Yes we do. You will have to contact us with your location and we can offer a price.
Q: Does you transport company have insurance.
A: Yes, up to $20,000
Q: What happens if some of the items get damaged in transit.
A: Go to the bottom of our home page and under "Customer service" select the "After sales". Fill out the details and we will get it straight away. We may ask for pictures if we need clarification.
Q: Do you transport benchtops interstate.
A: No we don't. Benchtops come in all different lengths and are often over the 2400mm we make out delivery boxes.
Q: Do you have a min order for interstate jobs outside of Sydney?
A: No, We only supply Sydney Metro.
